Job Description
Barrel & Bushel is a neighborhood restaurant seeking an energetic and caring food and beverage professional to assist in the day-to-day operations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will help maintain guest relations, staff management, and systems maintenance while promoting the values and culture.

Requirements

  • Organize, run, and supervise daily shifts in Barrel & Bushel Restaurant, B&B Market, and in Room Delivery.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and maintain floor presence during meal periods.
  • Consistently review operations to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow manager checklist and complete work assignments promptly.
  • Engage and participate in hotel happenings, events, and committees.
  • Lead and develop the team, provide coaching and feedback, and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members, prepare staff schedules, and manage labor costs and productivity.
