Role OverviewThe selected candidate(s) will work in the Pension Payroll unit and Pension Verification & Recovery unit within Retirement & Pension Benefits division, responsible for reviewing and maintaining cases, calculating overpayments, and performing administrative tasks.
What You Will Do
Daily review and maintain cases, calculate pensioners and beneficiaries' overpayments, respond to call center requests, retrieve and report deaths, enter and update pensioner data, and perform various administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Associate degree or 60 credits from an accredited college, including 9 credits in mathematics, statistics, accounting, and/or actuarial science
- Four-year high school diploma or its equivalent and two years of experience in mathematical, statistical, actuarial or accounting computations
- Satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the above
