We are hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to assist in leading our dynamic team in Columbus (Dublin), OH. This role engages with clients one-on-one to deliver outstanding consultation excellence and collaborates on financing options.
What You Will Do
Drive sales by achieving all sales KPIs, conducting personalized consultations, and collaborating with the team to engage clients. Handle operational duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, fielding calls, and processing financial transactions. Lead the team in day-to-day operations during the clinic manager's absence.

Requires a high school diploma and minimum one year of any work experience. Experience in a commission-driven sales environment is preferred.
