Role OverviewThe Assistant School Director will lead a staff of talented educators, execute educational programming, and carry out daily tasks and duties of management in a supportive environment. The position interacts daily with parents, teaching staff, support staff, and other teams. The Assistant School Director will work directly under senior leadership and be encouraged to grow in their field and share their passion for early childhood education.
What You Will Do
Develop, lead, and retain a talented team of people, manage day-to-day operations, meet all COA performance standards, and continuously pursue enrollment growth and quality care through the execution of the COA Experience and curriculum.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, and a minimum of 2–4 years of leadership experience, as well as advanced knowledge in early childhood education and proficiency in technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365.
