Role OverviewAs part of the Endeavor Schools Family, Field of Dreams Edgewater is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant School Leader/Assistant Director to assist the School Leader in the day-to-day operations of the assigned school. The Assistant School Leader will partner with the School Leader to meet enrollment objectives and implement the curriculum program, while ensuring the school complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include partnering with the School Leader to meet enrollment objectives, implementing the curriculum program, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining staff ratios, participating in hiring and retention of staff, and monitoring employee performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in education, prior supervisory experience, and experience with Reggio Emilia philosophy. Proficiency with technology and software applications is also preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience with Reggio Emilia philosophy
