Role OverviewThe Assistant Scientist will participate in research projects supported by NIH and other research foundations, collaborating in a team to understand cellular and molecular mechanisms of neural damage and develop therapeutic strategies for neurological disorders.
What You Will Do
The candidate will perform independent research projects under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, supervise junior researchers, and manage the research lab. Responsibilities include rodent-related studies, cell biology, molecular biological techniques, data analysis, and equipment maintenance.
