Job Description
Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to support multiple communities in the region. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills, leadership abilities, and a 'whatever it takes' approach.

Requirements

  • Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • HVAC certification required; EPA/CFC certification strongly preferred
  • One-year certificate, 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
