Role OverviewThe Assistant Service Manager will assist in overseeing the overall appearance and maintenance needs of an apartment community. They will work with the service and office team to provide exceptional customer service, lead by example, and resolve maintenance issues.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Service Manager will assist the Service Manager with apartment turns, general maintenance repair, HVAC repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and help maintain curb appeal. They will also manage records of activity in maintenance software, preserve the value of the building, and sustain peak efficiency operation levels.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of facilities, residential, or multi-family maintenance experience, an HVAC, EPA certification, and the ability to exert up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
