Role OverviewAs the Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Truck Services Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Truck Shop. Your responsibilities will include supervising our talented team of technicians, ensuring exemplary customer service, and maintaining operational standards that align with our company’s goals.
What You Will Do
Assist in managing overall operations of the Truck Services department, supervise and train staff, monitor workflow, ensure equipment is maintained properly, and engage with customers to address concerns.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a truck service or automotive environment
- Degree in management or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
