Job Description
The Assistant Showroom Manager plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the showroom, supporting the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily preparation and consultations, providing exceptional client experience, and managing the showroom team.

Requirements

  • Passion for premium jewellery and a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and a team-player approach.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - this involves flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of showroom presentation.
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends as required.
  • The right to work in the USA.
