Job Description
The Assistant Showroom Manager plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the showroom, supporting the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily preparation and consultations, providing exceptional client experience, and managing the showroom team.
Requirements
Passion for premium jewellery and a deep understanding of ethical and sustainable practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and a team-player approach.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - this involves flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of showroom presentation.
Ability to work late nights and weekends as required.
The right to work in the USA.
