Role OverviewAs an Assistant Site Manager, you will lead the successful construction, startup, and turnover of simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. You will provide day-to-day leadership for the site team, coordinate closely with craft labor, subcontractors, suppliers, startup teams, and the owner, and help drive safe, high-quality execution from mobilization through commissioning.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include leading the Construction Execution Plan, overseeing the full construction effort, managing construction and startup costs, reviewing and reporting on monthly construction budget, schedule, and quality performance, and directing the implementation of project controls processes and procedures.
