Role Overview

An Assistant Site Manager at Catholic Charities prepares and maintains administrative lists, files, and resident files. Requirements

  • Knowledge of filing systems, office practices, and standard procedures
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and property management software or ability and willingness to learn
  • Exceptional and clear communication in both oral and written forms
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws
  • Two years of experience in housing industry essential and appropriate to position
  • Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population

  • Salary: $22.00-$24.00 an hour
