Job Description

Requirements
Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within a hotel
Practice of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests' needs
Skills in department training and assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
Culinary education, cost control, communication and leadership skills, and computer skills
Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
