Requirements

  • Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within a hotel
  • Practice of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds guests' needs
  • Skills in department training and assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Culinary education, cost control, communication and leadership skills, and computer skills
  • Previous experience in a luxury resort preferred
