Assist the Director with all areas of spa operations, oversee daily management, and develop promotional programs. Maximize spa revenues and ensure high standards of treatments and personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Spa management experience
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • College graduate or professional certifications in spa treatments preferred
  • Prior experience w/ Spa Soft software
  • Prior P&L experience and responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
