Role OverviewThe Assistant Spa Director will assist the Director of Spa with all areas of spa operations at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a prestigious, full-service, AAA Four Diamond resort.
What You Will Do
The role involves overseeing daily spa operations, creating and upholding departmental policies, and developing promotional programs. The Assistant Spa Director will also be responsible for maximizing spa revenues, ensuring safety and security, and developing new spa services.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years Spa management experience
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- College graduate or professional certifications in spa treatments preferred
- Prior experience with Spa Soft software preferred
- Prior P&L experience and responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
