We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environment, and a calm, guest-centered leadership style.
Requirements
Previous spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service leadership experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational environments
Administrative aptitude including scheduling, payroll support, and cross-functional coordination
