Role OverviewThe Assistant Spa Manager plays an important role in both the guest experience and the day-to-day success of the spa. You'll work alongside our Spa Associates at the front desk while also partnering with the Spa Manager to help lead the team, drive membership and retail sales, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with questions, educate guests on memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products, and help drive membership and spa package sales.
