Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated Assistant Station Leader to join our Miami team. As an Assistant Station Leader, you will provide daily leadership to the operations team, ensuring safe, on-time, and efficient service. You will partner with the Station Leader to manage staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, fleet readiness, and daily dispatch operations.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include providing daily leadership to the operations team, managing staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, fleet readiness, and daily dispatch operations. You will also lead, coach, and motivate drivers and dispatchers to deliver exceptional service to our airline clients.

We are looking for someone with 2–3+ years of management or leadership experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or similar operations. You should have strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be able to manage schedules, priorities, projects, and multiple operational demands.
