Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources functions to ensure great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Analyze sales reports, execute in-store business and sales strategies, control payroll and supply budget, perform operational activities, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
