Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates
  • Advanced working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
