As a full-time Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing the best shoe store experience for the whole family through customer engagement, motivating a team to achieve sales targets and growth goals, and developing an in-store culture where customers are loyal to the store, our brands, and our company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (retail sales preferred)
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people
  • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels
  • Basic computer skills
