Requirements

  • Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio
  • Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office
  • Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls
  • Handle and count currency, cash, and coins
  • Process all transactions accurately and per company policy
