Job Description
Assistant Store Manager - Menasha position at Goodwill NCW responsible for overseeing team members, managing store operations, and executing business strategies to meet sales and production plans. Assists with ensuring regulatory compliance, conducts facility and equipment audits, and promotes safe work practices. Leads team through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring, and development.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 4+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule
