Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily dispensary operations while creating a positive guest experience. This role assists with team leadership, inventory management, compliance, and sales performance to help drive overall store success.
What You Will Do
Leadership Responsibilities: Assisting with training, developing, and supporting up to 25+ team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. Sales Expertise: Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, guest engagement, and coaching expected sales metrics. Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory accuracy by reducing product shrinkage, monitoring aging inventory, and supporting inventory counts and sell-throughs. Compliance: Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to confidently support state inspections and reduce deficiencies.
