Job Description
We are excited to open a new store in Overland Park's Bluhawk Mall and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help us achieve our mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and consistently provide legendary service to each Guest
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
