Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. They perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit new teammates.
Requirements
Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
Achieve personal sales goals and impact teammate presentations with the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG)
Investigate and navigate how to expand guest selection through inventory Manager, advanced product search, iPad apps, etc.
