Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in specialty retail with 1+ years in a management role
  • Display best-in-class customer service techniques
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform and train staff on all store operations tasks
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and data to determine needs of the business
  • Ability to build customer loyalty and grow and manage clientele
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure delivery of this information to staff
