Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of providing the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and leading Teammates. The position involves developing sales, recruiting new Teammates, and providing legendary service to Guests.
