Job Description
Responsible for management and supervision of store operations, including customer service, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention. Assists in payroll administration, recruiting, hiring, and training associates. Maintains a safe and secure environment and adheres to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to store associates
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, and follow through to completion
  • Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment
  • Ability to maintain high quality of customer service
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
