Job Description
Responsible for management and supervision of store operations, including customer service, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention. Assists in payroll administration, recruiting, hiring, and training associates. Maintains a safe and secure environment and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Two or more years of store or assistant store manager experience in a retail environment
Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate positively to store associates
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, and follow through to completion
Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment
Ability to maintain high quality of customer service
Fluency in English
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
