Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
