Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
  • Comfortable in giving and receiving feedback from peers and Management
