Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, 'to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' The role involves performing a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as leading by example and providing legendary service throughout the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom.
