Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and leading a team of teammates. They will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership. The role includes a variety of duties such as training and motivating teammates, acting as the Store Manager in their absence, and overseeing visual merchandise management.
Requirements
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service to each Guest
Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
Demonstrate leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present
Participate effectively in daily setup, training, impacting, and reviewing while effectively utilizing the Performance Tracker
