Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and leading a team of teammates. They will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership. The role includes a variety of duties such as training and motivating teammates, acting as the Store Manager in their absence, and overseeing visual merchandise management.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service to each Guest
  • Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Demonstrate leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present
  • Participate effectively in daily setup, training, impacting, and reviewing while effectively utilizing the Performance Tracker
