Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the store's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Investigate and navigate how to expand guest selection through inventory Manager, advanced product search, iPad apps, etc.
  • Maintain and build good guest relationships
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness
  • Plan sales goals with Store Manager
  • Teach and execute all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store
