Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager role is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, providing legendary service to Guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The role requires leadership, training, and motivating Teammates, as well as developing sales and recruiting new Teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relocation may be required.
  • No visa sponsorship is available.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
