Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests and achieving sales goals. The role involves performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including training and motivating Teammates, visual merchandising, and executing daily setup and teardown.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in the top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
