Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by creating a positive shopping experience for guests. They perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management, and work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness
