Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement, providing legendary service to Guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
