Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement, creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. They work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership. The position is a progression from the Assistant in Training position and includes additional high-level duties.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
