The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, creating a legendary shopping experience for guests, and performing a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The role involves working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Maintain and build good guest relationships to develop a client-based business
  • Recognize and communicate guest levels with the team
  • Coachable and consistently welcomes feedback from manager to improve sales presentations
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
