Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, creating a legendary shopping experience for guests, and performing a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The role involves working directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership.
Requirements
Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
Provide legendary service throughout the store
Maintain and build good guest relationships to develop a client-based business
Recognize and communicate guest levels with the team
Coachable and consistently welcomes feedback from manager to improve sales presentations
Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
