Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement, ‘to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.’ Additionally, AIT and Assistant Managers perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required
