Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, creating a legendary shopping experience for guests, and leading a team of teammates. They will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership. The role includes sales generation and guest service, teammate recruiting, training, and development, visual merchandise management, operations, and supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly and engaging attitude
  • Consistently provide legendary service to each guest
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
