Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager role is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Requirements
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
Consistently provide legendary service to each guest
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team regarding merchandise handling concerns
