Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager position is a progression from the Assistant in Training (AIT) position and includes additional high-level duties such as leadership, recruiting, and visual merchandise management. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales generation, guest service, teammate recruiting, training, and development, visual merchandise management, and operations.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Understand and utilize the planner including completion of opening and closing checklists
  • Execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store
