Job Description
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for Guests. The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as training and motivating Teammates.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
