Assistant Store Manager

Responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager, including learning all phases of Store operations and leading the entire operation of the Store in the absence of the Store Manager.

What You Will Do

Assist in the analysis of Store reports, communicate variances to Company standards, ensure proper scheduling of Associates, and ensure compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.

Requirements

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, and exercise independent judgment
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
