Role OverviewResponsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager, including learning all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
What You Will Do
Assists in the analysis of Store reports, ensures proper scheduling of Associates, and communicates any variances to Company standards. Responsible for payroll administration, organizational development, expense control, maintaining a safe and secure environment, customer service, and merchandise processing.
