Role OverviewResponsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager, including leading the entire operation of the Store in the absence of the Store Manager. Assists in the analysis of Store reports, ensures proper scheduling of Associates, and ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.
What You Will Do
Leads all Company Best Practices, maximizes productivity, and ensures compliance with Company standards. Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates, and ensures compliance of Ross personnel policies and procedures.
