Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in helping develop, lead, and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports building brand loyalty and achieving financial targets. You will operate as the Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management as well as representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products.
What You Will Do
Proactively communicate with Store Manager, District Manager and Cross-functional Partners to maximize revenue opportunities. Model the way and leads selling behaviors, aligned with our brand culture, to support building loyal customer relationships and delivering on key financial targets.

You will be a strong leader with a minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience, possessing strong business acumen and an understanding of how to measure success through the achievement of financial targets and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Strong sense of business acumen and an understanding of how to measure success through the achievement of financial targets and other key performance indicators.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
- Previous experience working in a heavily regulated industry.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams.
- Strong salesmanship skills. Experience in driving revenue.
- Experience in cash handling and POS operations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative/be empowered to run the business in the absence of the Store Manager.
