Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager is a hands-on leader who supports the General Manager in executing daily store operations and maintaining team performance. The AGM reinforces expectations, monitors execution, and helps keep the store running efficiently across all shifts.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include serving as the acting general manager when the general manager is not in the store, setting and adjusting shift priorities, working alongside the team to guide and prioritize tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations across retail, fuel, and kitchen.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer and system skills (POS, email, reporting tools)
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to give clear direction
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on call as business needs require
- Required to complete Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company support provided
